Hello All, I am using https://api2-us-west-2.insided.com/user/{field}/{value} this api from third party tool  to get user ID of the user so when I am trying to execute it then it is giving me internal error. Hello, I am trying to subscribe a URL (from Zapier) to the groups.MemberJoined webhook event according to the documentation here and am receiving an error message. I’m making a POST call to https://api2-us-west-2.insided.com/v2/webhooks/group.MemberJoined/subscriptions and have included my Gainsight credentials as username and secret in the body of my request. I also have a newly generated auth token that I’ve successfully been making other requests with. I continue to receive a 403 “forbidden, access denied” error. Would appreciate any guidance!

Hi,We created a role for employees that would only give the “Forum moderation” permission so they can access the content tab in control. When clicking a topic in the overview list they see the error message “Something went wrong, please try again” if the employee has this role. Even though the error pops up everything seems to be working and loads as expected and the user can take any action they want to on the conversation. Is this just a bug or is there something else going on here? Thanks!

Hi! My team is looking at making select pages in our customer community publicly viewable. These include user profiles, homepage, certain discussions, and events, all of which previously lived behind a login. The goal is more discoverability, showcasing the value of the community to prospects, etc., but there are concerns we want to address before we move forward.A few things I'm trying to figure out:Customer trust: we have always been a private, customers-only community, so our members posted in a space they assumed would always remain this way.
