1. Access Integrations:

  • Log in as a community manager or administrator.
  • Go to Control â Integrations â Apps.

2. Select the Desired Integration:

  • Choose the external system you want to federate (e.g., Skilljar, Thought Industries, Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom).

3. Provide Required Credentials:

  • Enter necessary credentials such as API tokens, subdomains, or base URLs as prompted.

4. Install and Enable Federated Search:

  • Click âInstallâ and wait for the confirmation banner.
  • Enable the âFederated searchâ toggle and wait for confirmation.

5. Validate Integration:

  • Test by performing search queries to ensure external content appears in your community search results.
